Fred: Are you driving to Annapolis? City dock is pretty easy to find. I’m sure most of the boats will be in slips at the City Dock. I’ll be on a mooring but I will have my VHF on most of the time and will be coming into the City Dock by dinghy. We have changed our plans a little but we will be arriving on Thursday, ahead of the rendezvous. See you there!
