Sounds tight. My 30-1 (10’ beam) shares a 20’-wide double slip with a Merit 25 (8’ beam). That two feet to spare is mostly consumed by three widths of fenders etc., leaving only 6” between our boats. We’ve made it work without incident, but we don’t have any tide or current to deal with on our lake.
