My lighter battery holder was completely corroded and the wire had become
detached. I thought about repairing it and then decided to just continue to
use a simple gas grill lighter instead. I recently pulled the water level
detectors out and they were also completely corroded. I am in the process of
trying to rebuild them and it appears straightforward, but we shall see. In my
boat, it is pretty easy to visually check the tanks, and we dont use much
water, so not sure it is worth it. Dave
