Hi, I'm about to replace mine as well on my C&C 29 mk 2. My stuffing is 5/16" and was surprised it only had two rings of flax. I'm planning on using the GFO Gore (http://gfopacking.com) as it's supposed to last longer although more expensive. I'm not sure if 3 rings will fit, but I will attempt to add one more if it will.
