Mike,
Rod's Machine Shop, 114 Wright Ave, Burnside Industrial Park, (902) 468-2046.  I have used them before on various things.....not the cheapest but very high quality work.

I explained to them the difficult time getting the tank out of the lazarette....the depth of the tank itself was O.K. but the 90 degree infill connector welded to the top of the tank was just a little bit of a problem....impressed upon them they couldn't add any more depth with the repairs to the bottom or I wouldn't get the tank back in with the existing welded aluminum infill connector.   So they cut approx. 1 inch off the bottom of the tank and added approx. 1/4 inch ...so the net effect the tank went back in with ease.....maybe 1/2 to 3/4 inch clearance.
