Try Kroil comes in Orange can. We use it in frozen bolts on turbine engines. I had some frozen turn buckles on Rebecca Leah, sprayed and let soak for 3 days and was able to free them up. I won't use any other penetrant. Also you may want to use a good anti seize for reassembly.
