Hi,

Give the folks at Transmission Marine, Inc in Fort Lauderdale, FL a call.
These folks specialize in Paragon repairs, rebuilds, and parts. I have
purchased replacement paragon parts from them and found the prices very
reasonable. I have also called them a few times and had pleasant chats on
issues from types of transmission oils to basic transmission adjustments and
rebuilds. The Paragon transmissions are pretty basic so you may be able to
do the work yourself.

Recall that the LF38 use a combo Paragon transmission with a Walter V-drive.
Are you sure that it is the Paragon that is leaking? I was told by the folks
at TMI to carefully align the prop shaft collar to the v-drive as a
misalignment will cause undue wear on the V-drive shaft seal resulting in a
leaking V-drive unit.

Also, below is a link to my write up on adjusting the Paragon. It does not
discuss leaks but it does have photos of the Paragon internals.
