Harbor marine in Everett wa has a guy there that is an expert on the old paragon. (425) 259-3285 Not a lot to those old transmission as far as seals go. Can you see where it leaks at? Might just need a new shaft seal. The vee drive unit pops right off after removing a few bolts.
