Hi Matthew It appears Navtec is out of business. However we are still able to repair Navtec Hydraulics and repair and replace all rod rigging so it is business as usual. You should be able to have the balls made by a local machinist however, I would look at changing the rigging to either newer style rod fittings or dyform.
