Wilcox Crittenden? (sp?) Don't think they are still made. Does the pin have a phillips head on one side? If so, remove and clean. Otherwise, PB Blaster for a couple days, put a line through it, tension the line and try to get the sheave to move. Use an old grippy line, not dyneema.
