Dave, before you spend money on Winchrite, consider using a cordless drill with an adapter. I bet that there are multiple sources; I found this one as the first on on Goggle: http://www.thecranker.com/. And here: http://www.winchbit.com/. The $40 might be worth a try. No association with either site.
There might be a problem of how long your batteries would last. But with the current Lithium batteries you might be OK for a few tacks.
