Even if he got the boat for free it would take probably 10k to responsibly fix the damage. Rudder post anyone? Three photos, really? The whole bit about leaving town for Colorado for his kids school etc is his problem (if true), not the bidders. Is it not a salvage title? He lists as "clean title". Guess that means something different to someone on ebay than honest buyers.
