Derek, Hi from Toronto, where's your boat?

Did you have a survey done? Doesn't sound like it if you're just
discovering this now. Might be a good idea. I know a good surveyor in the
area that knows his stuff. Message me if you'd like his contact info. I
believe he's like one of two in our area that are certified, whatever that
means. He knows C&Cs, he has to around here .. every second boat...
