Has anyone ever had a Battery-Selector Switch go bad on them?
Strange thing happened on the Enterprise last night after racing and
preparing to go home. As I moved the selector from ALL to Battery 1, everything
shut down. Going back to ALL or Battery 2, everything came back on again.
I checked the voltage on 1 before I left and saw 12.35 volts (we were
running lights and all for a while post-racing.) Certainly enough to power the
lights that I had switched on.
My first guess is that it’s the switch, but I’d welcome any suggestions
or other things to investigate from the wisdom of the group.
