If I'm understanding you correctly, you basically want to install a deck
wash pump and somehow get hot water from it. Unless you install an
on-demand heater, I don't think what you're contemplating will work. It
sounds like you are talking about using the raw water after it has gone
through the engine, which I think is still put to use cooling the exhaust
system.
If the lake water is that clean, I would just plumb the deck shower into my
regular fresh water system and fill my tanks from the lake if need be. We
never drink from our tanks because we don't like the flavor so this would
work for us.
