I'd do a spreadsheet of costs over the next 24 months - sails? clean fuel tank, replace hoses, replace standing/running rigging? Electronics? Could you buy a better boat for that money? Probably not. It is impossible to value the sentimental value, but remember, no one else is going to pay for your memories. I hope it is worth the effort to preserve her and your memories!
