Gary,
Never mind I answered my own question on Google. I agree the Robertson
as I see them might be a better choice.

Gary, Won't the Robertson screws need to be counter sunk? I'm not sure I
know exactly what they are.

As most screws get 'screwed' up - no pun intended' ,
I would vote for the Robertson head screws in stainless, and an electric
screwdriver.

fasteners
For the price of the PYC fasteners you could
buy a battery powered drill/screw driver and simply use regular
screws. My
near future plans are to use "T" nuts from McMaster and Carr as the
threads in
the anchor
points for my floor boards are no longer
viable.

I am redoing my cabin floorboards. Previous owner had them
screwed down. Very difficult to remove for inspection.
Anyone have link/suggestion for other options for securing with better
access? I thought I had saved a similar question but can't find
it.
