I have a Coleman Black Cat catalytic heater in Imzadi. Looks to be the same concept as the heater linked below by Andrew.
It is designed to be used inside a tent and claims to not create carbon monoxide. It will keep the boat at 60-65 F when the outside temperature is near 30. Uses a 1 pound propane tank in about 8 hours. Bought it at Wal-Mart 3 or 4 winters ago for under $50. I see there are also a few on EBay right now. I get about 6 hours on high out of one of those little tanks of propane.
