I would estimate a repair like that to be well over $100. I paid $100 to have a 8" tear in my #3 fixed. The man deserves some good scotch or rum. A friend of mine who is a local sailmaker repaired it for me, but refused to charge me for the work. I want to compensate him anyway but don't know what a repair like that would reasonably cost.
