When I was shopping (11 years ago) I found the fujinon to be the best price
point and comparable to the west marine and nikon.  Today I would probably
choose the cheapest of the 3.  A compass with led light and range finder
retical are nice features.  Floating is nice too but you will probably find
that they only float if used with the provided neck strap.  Obviously they
are all waterproof.
