Usually a surveyor is more pessimistic than you are (which you want). I know that I cannot be objective, when I am buying something like a boat (or a car) for myself. The kid in a candy store is a good parallel. They probably are a little disappointed at the price. I wouldn't take that personally. At least you can still walk if you don't like something you see. You'll get a lot of insight from the survey. Bring a notebook and get one of those head lamps! This is all stuff I Wish I did during my survey. I was so excited and full of wonder I didn't pay near close enough attention. LOL talk about a kid in a candy shop! I wish you all the best with the rest of the process! I'm excited for you!! LOL Thanks for sharing the whole thing! I keep looking for your emails with anticipation!! Danny
