Very true Don, and I should have specified coastal areas. I keep forgetting about the wet bits in the middle. The grey water collection and pumpout scheme fell apart only after a lot of explaining the physics involved (and public ridicule) to chair-warmers in Ottawa. Even now, there's only about 30 pumpouts between Victoria and Campbell River, and most of those are in Vancouver.
