That one is going to be tough.  The only way I could see it is if you remove 
the countertop but there's a lot going on there.  As far as the nova-cool, my 
sense is that all of these units use pretty much the same technology as the 
cold machine so I don't think there's some super efficient unit on the market.  
They pretty much all draw 5 amps.

You might be better served just trying to slide sheet styrofoam between the box 
and cabinet?

Hopefully someone else will have a better idea.
