Kostecki fired? Wow! Sometimes it's not knowledge or ability or work ethic that is most important. Sometimes, it's more important to have a positive attitude, no ego, and a good chemistry with the skipper and crew. Or sometimes owners just become desparate? Maybe Larry will try Tom Cruise as tactiican?
On the other hand, We lost some races when the crew hesitate, because I had to convince "experienced" crew to try things they weren't used to trying. When the same crew produces the same result, Larry is forced to try something else.
