The aluminum waste deck fitting is stuck. Even with a good spanner wrench I could not budge it. I sprayed PB Blaster on it. If the O ring is good, the Blaster may not penetrate. I thought of drilling holes, inserting bolts and using a breaker bar and buying a new cap.
Other less drastic ideas? -- Joel 301 541 8551
