I have no experience with their online service since there is a store local to me, but they can source just about any kind of fastener. I have had a positive experience with them overall, as have most of the people I've talked to on that subject. I got bronze wood screws for my hand rails and stainless bolts to fit my Yanmar from Facca for example.
