Hey Fred,

This is the same adaptor that I have on the boat now and it will not work
with the new screw on antennas used on the current model hand held VHF
sets.

The unit indicated below worked perfectly on the old I-Com M2 radio, but
that radio has long been consigned to the pile of no longer useful but
expensive boat stuff in my sail locker..

Thanks, I do appreciate your reply

Brgds

I have looked at every source that I can locate for an adaptor that will
work with the new sets. No luck. Any ideas?
