This sounds like another kit boat to be avoided. It might be ok, but the 
references to two bedrooms and the kitchen smack of inexperience and amateur 
work.

Definitely some red flags.
Several years back I bought a small bowrider power boat down in that same area. 
 Boat had major fiberglass issues when I got it (only paid $1800 for boat and 
trailer due to issues) - turns out the seller had bought the boat thinking it 
was in great condition and getting a great price.
First time out on the water with his family and the bottom delaminated off huge 
strips of fiberglass and he had to get towed to shore.  
Seems the guy he bought the boat from had picked up a write-off boat - did some 
half-assed repairs and sold it "as-is".

Wonder if this boat might have a similar nasty history?
