Hi Chuck, 

I did see the toe rails, they're under a rack where the mast is also stored.
I didn't lie when I said everything was removed :)
Just counting the number of screw holes in the deck would be a painstaking
task lol.

On a more serious note though, the more I think about the poor shape this
boat is in, the more I want to punch the former owner on the nose.
Just, why?? Why leave a boat like this? :(

Sander, I looked at the pictures and I'm amazed you can imagine what the
finished boat would ever look like. 
Everything's been removed! Where's the toe rail? There must be a barrel of
nuts and bolts somewhere covered in caulk. 
It would be easier to build a new boat from scratch than tackle that old
hulk.
