So how was doing Spring-time pre-launch prep under winter conditions in
Bayfield?
Marina work at "Corny" means I need to launch ASAP - looking at next
Monday's predicted warm spell.

Of course, I won't have the transmission back in by then (seals replaced
over the winter) -
but I've read that you have to realign the engine/shaft after launch
anyway... so I might as well do the tranny install
afloat.
