Check mouser.com too. They have an entire chapter devoted to switches. They list all specs too (amps, length, width, height, volts, throw, poles).
Through the yeads I've had good luck googling random numbers from the sides of various electrical components too. As a side note, I think most of the switches are double pole, single throw (DPST). The bilge switch is the only one I can think of that uses both poles. On my 37+ the "OFF" position aligns the float switch to the bilge pump directly to the battery through only a fuse, bypassing the 2-ALL-1-OFF switch. This ensures that even with the batteries off that your boat won't flood/sink. In the "ON" position the float switch and 5amp fuse are bypassed and the pump runs through a breaker and the 2-ALL-1-OFF switch. Long story short, (on mine) ALL switches off - the bilge pump runs on the float.
