Joel,

        Excuse my ignorance, but I can't seem to locate anything specifically 
named "Wood Bleach" at Home Depot. Will any outdoor bleach work? 

        Is there a particular brand/item you recommend?

        Here's a shot of the floor board sanded down (looks WAY better than it
