Listers,

We've started to do some work on the flooring inside my C&C 37+ (If you
recall from a previous post, we were seeing dark areas on the flooring, which
listers have identified as moisture buildup between the poly coating and the
actual wood under).

My wife has volunteered to try to take on the project and was more than
excited when I bought her her very own orbital sander. (Sorry guys, she's
taken.)

So, we took up a small section and she sanded away the poly coating and
have dried things out. And, although MUCH better than it looked originally,
we're still seeing some discoloration in both the teak and holly.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to restore it to its original
look? We see the teak/holly part is just a thin surface so we know we can't
sand too much.

On a side note -- Stu -- if there's anything we can do to make this
rough time easier for you and your wife, please ask. The service you provide us
here has proven to be valuable beyond all expectations.

        All the best,

        Edd
