Fred, For what it is worth, I did a lot of reading about rolly tasker when
researching my sail purchase and most people seem to like their sails. It seems
that most of the people that had bad things to say didn't own their sails.
Most that had them were happy, save one or two...maybe... I ended up going
local and I believe I got a better sail but I paid a big premium for it. I'm
not sure it was THAT much better but, in the end it was a risk I didn't want to
take. I knew I could just remove the sail and drive right back to the loft if
there were a problem instead of shipping and waiting. I seem to recall that
there some people that did have some issues but RT took care of them. I'm
happy with my sail purchase and have no regrets. They'd forgotten to add the
reefing marks and when I brought it to his attention the reply was, "Bring them
in at the end of the season and we'll add them and not charge your for the
winter storage." I was happy with that! Of course my loft guy didn't say
anything nice about RT but, why would he? He has to justify the added cost,
right? LOL DannyLolita1973 Viking 33Westport Point, MA

Mike Tasker from Rolly Tasker just got back to me on a quote for a new genny:

192.00 1 sail UPS door to door delivery 126.00 $1400 for a new

Check Rolly Tasker if you are looking for a sail made offshore. Radial
sails have smaller panels. In theory they last longer. Let them flog
and they all turn to crap.
