Typically the spinnaker would also be fractional, with the spin halyard(s) exiting the mast just above the forestay, but there are masthead spins on some fractionally rigged boats (with the same options for internal / external halyards as on a regular masthead boat). Some boats come with both options, so you can spend even more on sails and do more peels...
