Did you flame treat the plastic before using the Gflex?  You have to or it
won't stick.  Here is a good video explanation of how to flame treat.  The
flame treat portion starts at about 2:15 into the video.

I've purchase some of this Poly Weld but haven't used it yet so I can't
give a review.  I'm still shovelling snow these days so it isn't warm
enough to try this stuff on a tank leak.
