Subject: Re: Stus-List Recovering Cushions

Had a small local upholstery shop make the 13 cushions for a 30-1, chose
medium-cost-level (firm high quality foam wrapped in polyester, i provided
the stain-resistant upholstery fabric I found on ebay (for $200),
upholsterer put in buttons, zippers, piping), came out at about $1500 total.
Very happy 4 years later. Ultrasuede and Thermarest could easily make that
several times higher.

The cushions on my 29mkii are original, torn and worn. IIRC the foam, not
the covering, is the expensive part.
Any one have an idea of what a total recovering would run?
