It's on the plate. It may have the format YY M XX or YY M XXX where YY is the
last 2 digits of the build year, M is a letter that designates the month and XX
or XXX is the 2 or 3 digit hull number. For instance 71 N 69. You might try
to remove the plate and see if you can read the indentation from the back side.
