That guy on the dock was probably the dear departed George Monk, who
thought yachtsmen are people and Customs agents don't have to be a---holes.
It's different now. A few years ago, I called, waited eight hours for them
to show up and used the time to get the boat sparkling, only to have them
show up with a filthy shedding lab and do some training exercises. It took
another two hours just to clean up after them. I don't have words bad
enough to describe my opinion of that bunch.
