According to NC PHRF rules, your PHRF would apparently be adjusted based on the ratio of the spin pole length to J. If the length from the front of the mast to the jaw of the extended sprit is ISP, then J<ISP<110% of J = -3 seconds, ISP>110% of J = -6 seconds. NCPHRF makes no adjustment for A sail vs. symmetrical spinnaker, so you get no relief for the A sail.
