Has anyone signed up for and used this system yet? Between I-68's, OARS (videophones), Customs Decals, Cruising Permits, and NEXUS cards, they sure seem to have a lot of ways to make it "easier" to clear into the US. Just when I thought I had it figured out, I stumbled across this and now I'm confused again.
