I am using and can recommend the Koverklamps system having used it for the last three seasons on Long Island, NY. The owner was very helpful and willing to give advice over the phone. Requires a moderate level of handiness to bend and cut conduit. I also purchased a reinforced plastic tarp from him that can be trimmed with scissors and is going into its 4th year. With tarp it probably had an initial cost of about $300 (now spread over 4 years).
