Yup.
And there is a common PVC pipe on each side that are part of a spreader arrangement for the lazy jacks. Cheezy, but works well.

Hi Danny,

The boat I crew on for racing has one of those covers on a loose footed main. The cover has a bolt rope sewn in the bottom which goes inot the boom slot. We stow the lazy jacks against the mast and roll the cover against to boom when sailing.

On the C&C I chartered a few years ago (BVIs, <insert heavy sigh>) we just left it up 'cause we were cruising.
