Jonathan,

It is a do-it-yourself project even for someone like me.  You can order the
parts from A&H.  Luckily, it seems like everything is available.  The
gasket is 1/2" round foam and is held in with silicone.  You can probably
buy it cheaper from McMaster or a similar vendor.
The hatch lid is held in with the long pin.  Just remember how the springs
are positioned and tap it out with a mallet or hammer.
