I think the suggested time after reading all the posts is 250 hours. Because I won't do 250 hours in 5 years, I I am going to change it every 2 years. It is like your car, just because you don't put many miles on it doesn't mean you shouldn't change it every couple of years at least. Oil breaks down over time.
