My T430 has the same layout with the PrtSc (Print Screen) button between
the right hand side ALt and Ctrl keys.  I used to have this problem, I
assume that my fingers have simply adjusted since it still pulls up the KDE
screen capture app when I press it.

You could probably choose a different keyboard shortcut (or disable it
altogether if you like).  I have not used Cinnimon so I am not sure where
that particular setting would be located.
