I am not sure about my availability in September, so I probably will not be
able to assist you.  I can forward this to some people I know who are also
familiar with both Linux *and* Windows.

I am a little unclear about what you mean by a zone file.  Zone files are
where Bind (and some other DNS servers) get their domain DNS info from.  If
you are migrating services to Windows, particularly Active Directory, you
already have a DNS server and have no need to maintain zone files.
