We can do 3 things: renew T2 memberships ... that is literally simple. Have kin (being a board member) enact 4 provisional board members to replace the missing board members from the audience, i think that can be done. This board will only need to stay until the next AGM , Try to establish contact with the ex-treasury and the ex-Secretary to get the physical belongings of the group, and change the signatures at the bank. * if Kin has all the stuff with him, then things are going to be even simpler.
