Still trying to stay awake here ..... for the record, after schedule conflicts, the two biggest issues cited for missing or no longer attending were (a) getting no value out of the meeting and (b) not being able to input suggestions or ideas.
And 'b' is the biggest problem I saw in the bylaws, no vote for T2 except at AGM or SGM. It was my intention to try for change meaning a vote in any meeting but that represents a fair amount of change to bylaws...as mentioned, not simple or quick.
