Since WebHTTract GUI seems derived from HTTrack, I think I remember seeing the answer in HTTrack Users Guide By Fred Cohen http://www.httrack.com/html/fcguide.html
Can't find where right now though and I have not got WebHTTract GUI going yet as a user. I remember vaguely seeing reference to you question and I think there was a way to treat inside, outside site URL's differently. (ie content or just copy outside URLs) Sorry I can remember off hand, but I think this program looks very capable and configurable. I will eventually look at the documentation again. Any one else?
